Our OURI experts come equipped with the necessary tools to finish the task at hand. Avail our 7-day warranty for each service. For any warranty claims, do provide photographic and video evidence. If after review, it’s deemed that the problems weren’t due to our initial work, there might be additional charges for our team’s revisit. Should the warranty claim merit a refund, the amount returned will be capped to the original order value.

WHAT WE DON’T COVER?
We don’t supply parts or materials essential for your project. It’s advisable to have these prepared before our team’s arrival. If there’s a need for our team to procure these items, or any waiting time involved, it will be billed at standard hourly rates, along with the cost of the materials. Our team strictly adheres to safety and legal guidelines and will refrain from activities that are unsafe, prohibited, or against local building regulations. Should you need specialized services, our certified plumber’s time is billed at $100/hour or $50 for 30 minutes.
